''The Traffic Management Team (Frontline) have been exceptional, really informative of the plans going forward, really approachable with any concerns and really helpful ensuring myself and my family felt as little impact as possible. Couple of examples of this.  Seeing the traffic was often stopping and queuing across our drive when traffic lights were in place, they spotted this and moved the lights to ensure we had free access to our drive.  Provided cones to restrict traffic from using our driveway as a turning point for traffic when temporary road closures were needed. • Also providing the same restriction when longer closures were in place, for the longer closure one of the team would always move the cones for my wife and children as the left and returned so they did not have to get in and out of the car. These things may seem small but really do go a long way. I thought it was worth taking some time to praise Frontline as they have given an excellence representation of their company and by default Suffolk Highways. They are professional, courteous and importantly focused on keeping the working area and surrounds safe at all times with practical, common-sense problem solving, in my opinion if Frontline are not you preferred traffic management contractor of choice, they should be. ''
